The above video shows the complete workout for November-December which you can follow 1-2 times weekly as a complete set or break it up however your schedule allows. The next 5 videos will then break down each exercise into more detail so you can make sure you’re performing them to a high standard and improve them where possible. They also become micro-workouts for when you don’t have a lot of time or energy to do the full session above. 🙂
