General Strength

Today’s class requires no special equipment but you can add some in if you like and they’re available to you. Otherwise having a football, cushion or similar is recommended for the squats.

  1. Split stance deadlifts x 8 ea
  2. Squat to pressout x 8
  3. Bear isometric x 20s
  4. Glute bridge single leg x 6 ea
  5. Deadbug x 6 ea
