- A community group on Facebook for you to ask questions, see how other people are getting on and stay motivated.
This programme is designed for performance improvements and injury reduction first and foremost. It is perfect for complete newbies to the gym, old hats trying to get back into things and athletes who have generally struggled with injuries. It is also great for those who may be used to the gym but have lacked structure in their training or are failing to see results translate to the pitch.
