This is how it works! You come to me with an ache or strain or sprain or pain and I show you this: the 5 stages you need to pass through in order for me to deem your body set and ready to take on the world again without fear of symptoms returning.

For some it may be just 2-3 sessions but for others it could be as many as 12 or more sessions. It depends on a LOT of factors but largely comes down to how focused and diligent you are. This guide aims to help you stay on the right path and feel in control of your progress, knowing what’s up next.
